Room 10 have been reading the novel ‘The Owl Who Was Afraid Of The Dark’ in class. They created some lovely scences based on an extract from the book, Plop, the barn owl, is watching fireworks one night and this is the scene the children created. They used tissue rolls, with frayed ends, to create the fireworks.

‘ ‘WHOOSH!’- up went a rocket and spat out a shower of green stars. “Ooooh!” said Plop, his eyes like saucers.’
